Policies
In order to schedule your cake for your event date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Without the deposit, I cannot hold your date.
Unfortunately refunds are not provided for any reason.
I spend many hours planning and preparing before even beginning on a cake.
Please keep in mind that due to the heat, any cake placed outside during your event has the possibility of deforming or melting.
I am not liable for a cake once it has been delivered or picked up.
If you choose to pick up your cake and transport it yourself, I am not liable or responsible for the cake once it has left. You should prepare your vehicle so it is free of items that could roll or slide into the cake. I do everything I can to provide a well-structured cake, but please note that cakes are very fragile and can break easily. Drive carefully and slowly.
